By road:
From the M25 exit at junction 12 onto the M3. Exit at junction 1 and at the roundabout take the sixth exit (Lower Sunbury and local traffic). Follow the green lane to the River Thames, turn right on Fordbridge Road, after 1.5miles Felix Lane is on your left. The hotel is just past the marina.
